June Favorites.

As my first month back home in the states, I tried a lot of new things and loved a lot of new things. This month, I worked on really getting my hair and skin back in order.

 Evo Mane Prescription Protein Treatment

I was recommended this product after getting my haircut at BANG! in Seattle which is my new go-to salon. I use the mask once a week and it helps to build the protein back into my hair since it's so over processed. It really is becoming a life saver for me and I already notice a difference in my hair! It's rather pricey (around $25 I think), but definitely worth it.

Corrector Plus Hair Color Corrector
I don't know why I JUST started using this product. It's a hair color corrector/toner that you add into your hair color and bleach to give it a little extra tone. I just did my roots this week and added drops into both bleach applications as well as both of my toner applications and have noticed a difference in how my color turned out. The brassiness colors came out faster and my hair has never been so even. I will definitely be using this from now on. It's a simple product that helps out a ton.

Palmer's Coconut Oil Deep Conditioning Protein Pack

I picked this up on a whim while I was at Target because Palmer conditioning products have never let me down. After bleaching my roots twice and giving it a tone, I slathered my hair in this, wrapped it in a towel and slept with it in overnight. I woke up to my hair being silky soft, my scalp not having any dryness and overall, my hair feeling a lot better than it normally does after bleaching it. I am going to start using this product a lot more and using it as a overnight mask because it is super cheap (less than $2 a packet) and works miracles.

 CoverGirl BB Cream (in fair to light)

I am trying to get my skin back in check which means avoiding caking on makeup. This adds a light coat onto my face and also protects my skin from getting sunburned which is something I am really scared about happening in the summer since my skin is so fair. It goes on well and my skin isn't greasy at the end of the day.

St. Ives Apricot Scrub

This is always my go-to exfoliator for my face. I feel like this is a holy grail product within my family and it never lets me down. While the surface of my skin may be reasonably blemish free, this product does a great job at getting all of the dirt out of my pores. And it smells great, too. 

Victoria's Secret Ultra Rich Cream Wash

This was a Christmas gift from my aunt, but since I was in London, I didn't receive it until I got home. It is silky smooth and so nice to use in the shower. It leaves my skin feeling clean and smelling soft and it's a good product to also use for shaving.

Burt's Bees Radiance Eye Cream with Royal Jelly

The skin around my eyes have been extremely cracked and dry these past few weeks and I am not sure why. My sister gave me this cream while I was visiting her in California and it has honestly helped so much. It's gentle, easy to apply and hydrates the skin around my eyes super quick. I add a little bit in the morning and more when I am trying to go to bed.

Ben and Jerry's PB and Cookies Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert

I am pretty lactose intolerant so any alternative I can get, I will take. This stuff is magic. It's made with almond milk so I don't feel really sick after eating it and I love cookies and peanut butter which makes this the ultimate flavor for me.

Nick Jonas' Last Year Was Complicated

Anything by Nick Jonas and I will love. This is only thing I have been jamming in the car and I think it's his best release yet. Every sing is just a straight banger and it really is a versatile album.

Laguna Beach

I went to California and came back wanting to watch this so I did. It was one of my favorite shows when it was on TV and I came across my DVDs from season 1 and 2 and binge watched them all. I forgot all about the drama and the characters and I fell right back into being addicted with it. #teamLC
