Wow, we are already almost a week through March and I am just now getting to this point. Awk.
Soap & Glory's Righteous Butter Body Cream
I recently picked up a pack of three small Soap & Glory body creams and this one has to be my favorite of the three. It has a very faint, but pleasant smell to it and it really hydrates my skin during this cold winter months. The consistency isn't too thick, but doesn't require to use a lot of the product to really get it into your skin.
Too Faced's Amazing Face Powder Foundation
I found this product on super sale at Nordstrom Rack a few weeks ago and I knew that my sister was a fan of the product so I picked one up for her and one for myself. I have never used a foundation powder before, but this product is amazing for a full coverage look. My skin hasn't been the best lately so this is perfect to really blend and smooth out my face - not to mention it smells incredible.
L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara
I am a drugstore mascara hoarder and I decided to pick this one up and give it a shot because I heard good things about it. This is a mascara that you need to use two or three times before the product really starts to work as it should. For me, I love really dark and messy eyelashses and this is a really good product for my top lashes (I use L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara on my bottom lashses). The want is long and slender so it really allows for you to work the bristles through the lashes.
Leighton Meester's Heartstrings
I recently found out that Leighton Meester had released an album a while back and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. However, the second I clicked play, all prior judgements away. This album is basically a folk indie dream. Not only does she have an incredible voice, but the stripped down guitars tunes instantly turned me into a fan. I don't know if she wrote on this album or had writers for her, but the lyrical content on many of the songs are really impressive for a brand new artist in the music scene.
Listen to: Heartstrings, Run Away and Daydream
Cheap sunglasses
I can't be bothered to spend a good sum of money on sunglasses because I constantly am changing my mind on what kind of style I want and I always seem to lose or break them. Amazon is my go to place for cheap sunglasses. I recently picked up this pair for less than fifteen dollars and they are my current favorite. And thank you mother nature for giving Seattle sunny weather during this time of year.
Hope all is well.
Just love me:
