In approximately 24 days, I am moving across the Atlantic to London, England where I will be studying for the year. So needless to say, things have been a little crazy as I get my visa paperwork and finances in order before I leave.
Since this will be the biggest trip I have taken yet, I am obviously itching to document every minute of my time over there. This blog will slowly begin to feature posts about my travels and all of the shenanigans I get into abroad, as well as some tips on packing and how I got prepared for my trip (which I am sure will be an utter disaster).
My monthly favorites and playlists posts will still be in action because I love talking and posting about those things. Again, this won't be a blog that is updated daily or maybe even weekly because I am going to try and spend as much time as I can not on my computer for the next nine months or so.
On top of this blog, I am not an official photo blogger for International Studies Abroad (ISA) and a lot of my photos and commentary on my travels will be posted there. The website can be found ---> HERE and as soon as I have my own profile and page set up, I will make another post on here about where you can check everything out. I am only required to post on that blog three times a semester, but I am sure I will be doing far more than that.
Essentially what I am trying to get at is that this blog is going to become far more personal as it will help me document everything that is about to happen in this next year. I have never been abroad and I have never studied abroad either so this is a big step for me and I can't wait for the adventure to start.
The Northwest Dweeb takes on the UK : let's see how this goes.
