When I first came to London, I was worried about where I would find bleach that would be able to lift my stubborn dark roots when it came time to do my hair. I had heard great things about this Bleach London bleach and it is honestly as good as what I use back in the states. It's a very affordable price and you get some much in the box - the bleach, gloves, a bin, a brush and a little tube of the Reincarnation Mask. The bleach does a wonderful job at lifting my roots without completely frying my scalp. It's easily accessible at larger Boots stores (I usually get mine at the Boots on Bond Street) and is a great price since bleach can cost a lot in some stores!
