Wella Color Charms T18 Lightest Ash Blonde Hair Toner
My hair would not be the color it is without this. This is the toner I use on my hair after bleaching. While there are two different ones I use, this is the purple based toner that really gives my hair that purple/silver color to it. I have been using it since I began dyeing my hair this color and I love it so much that I even get it shipped to the UK because I haven't found a toner I like as much!
