Same Ol' Dress, But A Different Day (Yes, This Is a 1D Reference)

So I was fully prepared to leave my blog hanging for another day until I realized it was going to be a gorgeously sunny Seattle day and I knew I had to post my outfit for today!

To start, I woke up and my hair was a mess. Since I had to go into work early today, I decided to braid off to the side and leave it a bit messy.

Hey, that's me. Anyway, a side braid is always an easy go-to hairstyle. Even for people who have really layered hair like me! 

So, as you can see, I wore my favorite orange floral print dress again today. But I decided to change up the styling of it to make to more appropriate for the sunny weather.

And I apologize for the photo quality, I gave my camera to a friend so she could do her photography project! So webcam will have to do!

To give a more spring look, I paired the dress with a light jean vest to break up the super busy print on my dress.

In a post I did about three weeks ago, I wore the same dress, but it had a more wintery and formal feel to it. 

I paired the dress with my oversized and incredibly comfortable black sweater from Forever 21 and also had my hair up in milk braids so it gave a much more formal look than my jean vest and messy side braid did. See the full post HERE.

It is so easy to dress up and dress down a dress with a busy print - you just have to play with the hair and the accessories!
