Christmas 2013

So with my parents being divorced, I always have two of every holiday - it's Christmas Eve with my mom and Christmas Day with the father which is where I am currently at now.

Terrible photos from last night, my family isn't too big on photos. We don't get to see each other too much because we are all in school or working, but hopefully we can travel together next year when Ash is in Ireland getting her masters and I am over in England for sophomore year!

My Christmas card game was on point this year for my friends! 

The card for my sister because she will be getting a ticket to see Justin Timberlake in Seattle next month! I won two tickets from The Ellen Show!

The card for my best friend Stacey because I am Kelly and she is Queen Latifah obviously.

The card for my best friend Katherine because Liam is her boo thang.

Mama Dowd knows me well and treated me to some beautiful floral boots.

I did a post this week about the must have beauty products for 2014 (read it here) and One Directions' perfume was on the list and my mom surprised me with that! 

Tripod is still MIA so camera pictures are my way of life at the morning. I know, I know. I completely forgot I had this skirt and honestly, it is my favorite one to wear for special occasions. And can we talk about how I grabbed one pair of tights from school to bring home and they have runs in them? Classy as fuck.

And then for Christmas Day, we spent it at my father's house where we were treated to some trendy reindeer socks and money for textbooks from my dad's siblings. 

And my dad proceeded to wrap two cards in a box for no reason.....the cards weren't even from him.

He was just too stoked about the One Direction wrapping paper.

I didn't ask for too much for Christmas because for the most part, I have everything I need. I am really excited that I got some money for my textbooks this next coming quarter because they are pretty spendy, but I am so glad I could spend the holidays with my entire family this year because if all goes according to plan, I will not be in the Pacific Northwest for the holidays next year!
