Scrunchies
SCRUNCHIES! I am so in love with scrunchies right now even though I lost the one I had during finals week. They are the perfect hair accessory for when you don't feel like styling your hair or it needs a wash. I am pretty sure my roommate scooped me up one for a gift this year and I cannot wait to have it in my possession. I just want to be showered in scrunchies for the rest of my life. American Apparel has the nicest selection of scrunchies to pick from - they have TONS!
Batiste Dry Shampoo: XXL Volume
If you have read some of my previous blog posts, you probably already know how much I LOVE Batiste's line of dry shampoos. Dry shampoo is my MUST HAVE hair product - I have a mini one that I carry with me wherever I go. I have been searching high and low for the XXL Volume one to try because I am always looking to make my hair even bigger than it already is and I have heard nothing, but amazing things about this one. Batiste's dry shampoos come in so many different kinds and EVERY SINGLE ONE smells amazing! I am just looking to upgrade to a full size one to have with my mini!
Anastasia's Clear Brow Gel
On Black Friday, I purchased a little Brow-Go pack that had a mini version of this brow gel. I got it and tried it out and am officially obsessed with it. As a girl who has some bushy eyebrows with a mind of their own, this gel definitely gets the job done and keeps my eyebrows looking good all day long. As a product that I originally heard about from my love Cara Delevingne, I am so glad I gave it a try. Its the first brow gel I have found that actually gets the job done. I will definitely be picking up the full size of this soon.
Alexa Chung for Eyeko's Limited Edition Set: Liquid Eyeliner and Mascara
I have recently gotten really into eye makeup and while yes, this is a celebrity product (all hail Alexa Chung), I have taking a look at Eyeko's products for quite some time and have really grown to like them. I have been looking for a really nice liquid eyeliner pen for a long time because the one I have right now just isn't working well for me. The packaging on this product is also amazing which really caught my attention. I have been doing the cat eye eyeliner look for a really long time and hopefully with this new pen, I can finally get perfect wings without the hassle of redoing them a hundred times. And I have heard so many people are raving about this particular Eyeko mascara because of the uneven brush bristles it has which allows for an easy and less complicated apply to the lashes. Mascara's my favorite makeup product and I am still on the search for the best one!
One Direction's Our Moment Perfume
Okay so obviously, I heard about this because it is a One Direction product, but after smelling it, I really fell in love. It does smell like every other teenager perfume on the market, but that's fine by me! I used to wear Fantasy by Britney Spears, but have been rocking the body sprays for the past year because I have yet to find a new perfume I want to commit to. The packing and design is really pretty and the smell is very sweet without being too overpowering. It's light and it's just a really nice scent. I know all of the teens will be reppin' this scent in the new year.
Urban Fudge's Iced Raspberry & Vanilla Hair Spray
It is so cruel that Urban Fudge products are not sold in the states. As some of you many already know, I use Urban Fudge's Clean Blonde Purple Shampoo and it is literal heaven in a bottle. I have been a fan of their products for a long time, but it's such a pain in the ass to pay the extra shipping and handling for it. Luckily, I have been told that they are planning on putting Fudge products in Target starting March 2014 which literally brings tears to my eyes. I am overly picky about my hairsprays and have probably used twenty different ones in the past. I am really sensitive to smell and most strong smells give me headaches, but I have heard that this hairspray smells super nice (hence the name) and also works really well. I am DYING to try it - I am SO TIRED of using hairsprays that leave my hair smelling really chemically.
Lush's Jasmin & Henna Fluff-Ease Hair Moisturizer
My best friend works at Lush and it seems like everyone around me is obsessed with their products and yes, I am getting into them as well. As some of you know, I dye my hair a lot and it often gets really dry so I have been looking for a hair mask to try and my sister has been raving about this one. Lush uses all natural ingredients in their products which I like because I try to avoid the harsh chemicals in my hair after I am done dyeing it and fucking with the color.
Lush's Rehab Shampoo
Again, my friend works at Lush and gave me a sample of this which I then lost and just recently found and decided to give it a try. It is basically heaven in a bottle. I only use my purple shampoo about twice a week so for the other like one time I wash my hair, I could really use this to help repair my hair instead of just relying on my conditioner to repair it all.
Lush's Dirty Toothy Tabs
This is just a really simple product I realized I should probably get. It's toothpaste on the go which I desperately need. I spend a lot of time living out of a backpack and the one thing I also forget is fucking toothpaste which is the most annoying thing ever. I used these this past summer and they really came in handy and definitely felt like they were cleaning my teeth. They are small and perfect and perfect for people who are forgetful and are always on the go!
