I haven't been changing up my beauty routine much so this isn't very product heavy this month.
St. Ives Blackhead Clearing Green Tea Scrub
The last scrub I was using on my face wasn't scrubby enough and I felt like it wasn't doing a whole lot to exfoliate my skin. I came across this scrub at Target (of course) and I had heard really good things so I decided to give it a shot. The scrub is fine enough that it doesn't scratch my skin, but scrubby enough that my face feels fresh and exfoliated after every use. The smell is great and I honestly look forward to using this every night because it really makes my skin feel so soft and clean when I use this before cleansing.

Wet N' Wild Coloricon Bronzer in Reserve Your Cabana
This was a recommendation from my sister when I told her I wanted to get into highlighters, but didn't want to invest in a high-end product yet. I love this stuff. It gives such a natural highlight to my face and it really brightens up all of my features including my sad under eyes (thanks college). This is definitely a product I will be using all summer long because it does have an SPF and it was around the $4 mark. If you are looking for an inexpensive highlighter to start out with, I definitely recommend this one!
Soap & Glory's Hand Food Hand Lotion
I snatched this up at Sephora before Soap & Glory was discounted and I am so glad I did. I bought the miniature size of this and it's so easy to throw in my purse and carry around with me. The product isn't greasy and really rehydrates my hands that get so dry during the changing weather in Seattle. Just a warning however, it does have that signature Soap & Glory scent which isn't for everyone, but it does a great job at immediately storing hydration into your hands without leaving your hands greasy or slippery.
Voluspa Coconut Wax Candle in Saijo Persimmon
This smells so good! This brand of candles are easily my new favorites because they come in so many amazing scents, great tins and they are made of coconut wax so they last so much longer than regular candles. I pick these candles up at Anthropologie and while they are on the pricey size, they last such a long time and their smell really does spread around the whole room. This candle has an incredibly sweet, floral scent that leaves the room smelling fresh and clean. Another one of these candles was featured in my January favorites (here).
Arrow
I just started watching this show because I heard that Willa Holland was a main character and I adore her. I have never really followed any comic books, graphic novels or hero stories so the choice to watch this show was a little random. However, I am seven episodes into the first season and am already hooked. I am watching it on Netflix and the storylines going on are addicted to watch and I can't help but feel involved and in tune with the characters and stories on the show. I will probably end up taking a break from this show when Orange Is The New Black premieres this month, but I definitely will spend the summer catching up on this.
The Wombats' Glitterbug
I just saw these guys two weeks ago in Seattle and this new album is amazing. After waiting YEARS for new music from them, I am so glad this album is as good as I was hoping it to be. It's upbeat, it's well written and it's has that Wombats quirk I fell in love with so many years ago. For anyone looking for perfect music to listen to while riding transit, driving in a car or anything in between - definitely check out this album.
Listen to: Be Your Shadow, Your Body Is A Weapon and Sex and Question Marks
Circa Waves' Young Chasers
I first heard of this band when they did a cover of Ellie Goulding's "Love Me Like You Do" on BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge (watch it ---> HERE). And then I heard them again when I watched a live performance of their song "T-Shirt Weather" and I knew I had to hear more. This is the PERFECT summer album for anyone. Circa Wave's have such a fresh sound to them that I can't help, but love every single song on this album. This album just screams summer and sunny weather and I know I will play it all summer long and probably into fall.
Listen to: T-Shirt Weather, Young Chasers and My Love
Hope all is well.
Just love me:
