This past month or so, Dakota's red carpet, event and street styles have been my favorite things so I have decided to show you guys some of my favorite looks she has worn this past summer!
Carpet and Event
Dakota's style is always kept incredibly simple which is something I have always admired. All of the outfits she wears look comfortable and sleek, leaving her looking elegant and flawless on the carpets. As for styling, her hair is always done simply so it compliments the garments she is wearing and she is hardly ever seen wearing a ton of makeup except for the occasional bold lip.
While wearing the most lavished designers, she lets each garment speak for itself at any event she is attending. From Prada to Chanel to Gucci, Dakota has worn a diverse group of classic designers' straight off the runway designs which is helping her build her history as one of the most elegantly dressed actresses.

Dakota's everyday style is always relaxed but polished together. Putting together very simplistic and basic pieces, Dakota always adds one or two items into each look that give them that Dakota quirk. From glasses to a flannel to a large belt or down coat, there is always some piece in her looks that brings it all together. As looks that anyone who is on a budget can create, her ultimate goal is always to be comfortable while still showing off her rock influenced style.
For any of these looks, the key is to not over accessorize and stick to the basics. A good pair of mom jeans or simple white shirt paired with a good bag or pair of shoes is all you really need to recreate these looks. You will look put together while still being comfortable throughout the day.
And whenever you are out and on the move, never forget your favorite sunglasses!
