I fell in love with so many Spring 2015 collections that I decided to split this post up into two! The next post will feature my top favorite collections of this year's New York Fashion Week, but down below are some designer's collections that took my breath away.
Monique Lhuillier

This collection was just pure class. The neutral jewel tones of each piece were so beautiful and appealing to the eye. It was the huge gowns that really took my breath a way - the shape, fabric and overall design were so gentle and feminine. The silhouettes were simple, but the incorporations of different fabrics, patterns and colors really brought each piece to life.

The mix of patterns and colors were the two things that immediately caught my eye with this collection. I would wear every single piece of this line. The bright colors are crisp and really pop against the black and white and each piece can easily be wore casually or in the world place. This is the perfect line for the everyday woman. With some retro inspired silhouettes and the perfect contrast between fun and professional, this was a great spring line.

Tory Burch

This collection had the greatest incorporation of prints and patterns. With the strong use of tribal print in almost every piece, I really enjoyed the simplistic cuts that allowed for the colors and patterns to speak for themselves. This line had the perfect mix between daring ensembles and looks for the everyday woman that prefers neutral and more simplistic outfits. These looks could be worn by women who are older, but also the younger everyday woman - it was all just a good mix.

Michael Kors

It was fun, it was flirty and that yellow color is to die for. Michael went for the perfect spring 2015 line with his use of plaid and floral prints. It had the perfect contrast between casual looks to wear during the day and looks to have fun with during the night. The transparent yellow floral skirt really took my breath my away - I want it in my closet! This collection had great pieces that could all be worn together or paired individually, allowing for you to create your own outfit and look.

Simple, but so elegant. As a lot of you know, I am all about simplicity - less is more. I was such a fan of this collection because every piece can be paired together so effortless. This is the perfect collection for the woman on the go who doesn't have a ton of time to put together an outfit. Each piece can stand alone and add dramatic flare to whatever you decide to wear. The neutral tones allow for perfect easy to pair pieces. The dramatic drapery throughout this collection really caught my eye, the light and flowy dresses and skirts are the perfect clothing item to have in your closet for the spring. This line just makes me want to prance through a field of flowers. There was such a great balance between feminine drapery and strong masculine designs - it just all meshed together perfectly.

Marc Jacobs

Yes. Yes. Yes. Talk about whimsical. Marc Jacobs went BIG with this collection and oh did it pay off. The military uniform inspired pieces had me giddy like a school girl. The oversized coats and tops added such a unique and dramatic touch to this line, I couldn't get enough of it. The contrast between the neutral colors and the bright blues and pinks allowed for a pleasant pop of surprise throughout the entire collection. Marc didn't go for a feminine approach with floral prints and typical cuts - he went for strong and structured. You can just tell that each piece was clearly thought out and designed, there wasn't a single stone or thread out of place. I am such a huge fan of military uniform inspired collections because it's such a bold and strong design concept to strive for. This was one of the more "out there" collections this year and well it's Marc Jacobs, he can do anything.

The second part of my NYFW post will most likely be up tomorrow afternoon. I am now currently transitioning into London Fashion Week which started today and I am too excited about it. Ahhh! I love this time of the year.
Hope all is well.
Just love me:
