Make sure to check out part 1 here! Now, here are my favorite collections from this year's New York Fashion Week. I fell in love with so many collections, but these designers almost had me in tears! Enjoy!
5. Christian Siriano
September 6th, 2014
Christian Siriano knows how to dress a woman's body. Each and every one of these looks are so elegant and soft - they can all stand alone and be absolutely magical. He has always been all about the detail which makes his garments so unique. The beading on his pieces are always impeccable and never take away from the look's whole image. Not to mention, each piece from this collection looks incredibly comfortable and has an effortless class to it. I love the soft tones the went for with this collection because it allows for the craftsmanship and design work to really shine through. This collection shows his versatility - from the simplest of silhouettes to the most dramatic, his collection has such a variety of concepts and types of pieces.

4. Oscar De La Renta
September 9th, 2014
Give me any piece of clothing that has scalloped lace and I will start weeping. With the perfect mix of dark tones to springy pastels and whites, there wasn't a single thing out of place with this collection. There is a garment in this line for every type of woman - from those my age to the professional businesswoman, this entire line encompassed women's Spring wear perfectly. I love that there wasn't just one color palette for this collection, but there were many. The powder blue and soft coral used in some of his pieces are literally to die for and gave the entire collection the perfect pop of color. With a mix of casual way to the dramatic gowns Oscar De La Renta is known for, this line showcased a perfect balance for Spring.

3. Jeremy Scott
September 10th, 2014
I will probably forever love anything and everything Jeremy Scott does. He's crazy, he's out there and there aren't any designers out there quite like him. Seeing his collections is always such a treat and I am never disappointed. This 2015 Spring collection is easily one of my favorites he has ever put together. The bright floral patterns are so fun and I love the retro vibe he went for this time around. There is always some sort of comedic humor in his collections (whether it's the Shrek references or the teddy bear slippers) which makes his work even more unique. I am mostly obsessed with his floral dresses as well as the "Don't Take Drugs" tee that is a direct reference from my favorite movie Almost Famous. Jeremy is such a versatile designer because his pieces can easily be paired together like they are on the runway or they can be individually styled, giving people the chance to add their own personality to the already LOUD designs. Jeremy is never afraid to have fun and while some might see this collection as one big confusing mess, Jeremy ALWAYS has a strong concept towards anything he puts onto the runway. He is one of a kind.

2. Delpozo
September 10th, 2014
There was not another line like this at this year's Fashion Week. This designer has never been on my radar, but as soon as I saw this collection, it was instantly one of my favorites. The color palette is so beautiful and the colors are paired together in the perfect way. I could probably stare at this collection for the rest of my life. The design work and structure of each garment is so strong and bold, there is nothing not perfect about this line. The bright yellows and reds with the big details on each piece compliment each other so well. This line doesn't have the typical floral incorporation like many collections did (it is for Spring after all), but rather, the designer decided to keep most of the looks at two colors which I think greatly enhanced each piece. It allowed for the shape, color and details to all balance each other out on every look without one outshining the other.

1. Marc by Marc Jacobs
September 9th, 2014
This is the perfect collection for me - it's dark, it's punk and it's fun. Marc got extra playful with this collection as opposed to his very structured Marc Jacobs collection he debuted at Fashion Week too (see here). I am a huge fan of black, white and grey dominant looks with little pops of color which is exactly what this line did. This collection could be worn by those with a more feminine style or with the complete opposite - these looks were paired for just that. The shiny liquid leggings as well as the strong and structured tops and jackets are the perfect flip side towards Spring fashion. As someone who wishes Fall and Winter styles could be worn all year long, this collection has Spring and Summer silhouettes with winter colors and accessories which is perfect for someone like me. The asymmetry shown throughout each garment has the perfect rebel image to it - I cannot get enough of that asymmetrical dress he debuted at the end of his collection. This is a collection I want in my wardrobe as soon as possible.

I am now completely engulfed by London Fashion Week.
Hope all is well.
Just love me:
